The Boulevard Hair Co. is a top-rated hair salon located in St. Louis that’s comprised of the most talented hair stylists. The salon got its start out of Clayton, MO as Abigail's on Demun. After 5 short years of being in business, Abigail's outgrew its space in Clayton and began looking for a unique space to grow its operations. It was out of this search that The Boulevard was born. As St. Louis' largest salon, we take pride in offering a truly unique salon experience to our guests. But don't be fooled by our size. There is nothing corporate about The Boulevard. We are a locally owned small business that inspires to provide the best possible experience for our guests and our stylists. The owners are operating stylists themselves and know what it takes to make that happen.
Each stylist at The Boulevard Hair Co Salon has been trained and is re-trained every year in specific aspects of the salon industry. We are constantly seeking out new educational experiences that will continue to motivate our team and guests. So our guests can rest assured that they will be leaving with the hair, style or make-up that they intended.

THE SPACE
Located at the corner of Big Bend Blvd and Lockwood in Webster Groves, Missouri, everything about The Boulevard Hair Co has been designed with our guests in mind. From the moment they step inside, they sense an ease and energy in the space. Without exception, the 30-foot arched lamella ceiling draws every eye. Its rich hues of reclaimed wood provide a sense of strength and weathered resilience. At once vast and understated, the timbered canopy sets the stage for everything offered beneath it. Every element in the salon, from the furniture to the lighting to the stylist stations, draws inspiration from this unique roof structure, reinforcing a theme of artisan elegance. The space is a truly functional concept that allows for stylists to concentrate on how to provide cutting edge styles and color to our guests.
OUR MISSION
It is our mission at The Boulevard Hair Company to provide you with the highest degree of customer service in a warm and unique setting. We believe in not only giving you the look that you’ve come to want, but also the ability to maintain that look long after you leave the salon. We plan to achieve this goal by providing you with an education on the products that we use, and the styling techniques required to achieve that look. We are committed to performing our craft exceptionally well and continually strive to improve ourselves in the areas of education in our skill, both within the salon setting and in the external professional beauty community.

At The Boulevard Hair Company, we work together as a team, to not only meet your expectations but also to exceed them. Like many salons, The Boulevard Hair Company has a level system for its team of stylists. The level system accomplishes two main goals. The first is to provide a career path of growth and achievement for our team members. The second is to provide several options to our guests so that they may choose the level that best fits their needs and budget.
The designer’s level of competency or creativity is not necessarily related to the years of experience he or she has. This is a common misconception. The training our team receives is aggressive, consistent, innovative and in-depth. It starts from the moment they are hired and continues throughout their career with us. At The Boulevard Hair Co. our service providers achieve promotions based on several factors. These factors include guest satisfaction, retention, performance, and education.
Working along side our Level Stylists, we also have a handful of stylists that are booth renters. This means that the money you pay for your hair service goes directly to them for the services provided to you. It means that they are just as invested in your happiness as we are. With that being said, we have developed a system that works extremely well to keep our clients happy. We only rent our space to stylists that are dedicated and true to keeping their clients happy with both extraordinary hair care and personal service. We believe in teamwork and taking pride in our work. Our team is provided more learning opportunities than that of any other salon in the Saint Louis area.
