THE WAXING PROCESS
Our professional waxer will heat up the wax. The wax is applied and spread across the desired area for removal.
A fabric strip is placed on top of the wax and pressed down to allow the wax to stick to the hairs.
The strip is pulled away and the hairs are removed from the follicles in the opposite direction to hair growth.
This removes the hair directly from the root and delays regrowth.
FACIAL WAXING TIPS
Wax can't pick up your hairs when they're too short, so hairs should be between 1/4 to 1/2 inches long for the best results.
To help to prevent post-waxing skin irritation, you should avoid using any acid products or skin peels around three to four days before your waxing appointment.
Do not go overboard with exfoliating as this could aggravate the skin and make it more sensitive to the waxing treatment.
Cleanse your skin properly in the days leading up to your facial waxing appointment.
We recommend facial waxing clients moisturize well the night before.
On the day of your appointment, avoid sun or sunbed exposure since this will increase skin sensitivity.
Perform your normal cleansing routine the morning of your appointment, but avoid applying any creams or wearing makeup over the area you are having waxed.
